14300 Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the 14300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 14300 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
Use of the 14300 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
- You must be a resident of Malaysia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activities are legally permitted.
- You are not on any exclusion or restriction list issued by any relevant authority.
- You are not registering on behalf of another person, and all information provided is true, accurate, and current.
14300 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts where there is reasonable cause to believe that the above eligibility requirements have not been met.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user may only hold one active account on the 14300 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any credit balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to:
- Provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
- Setting a strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
- Update your account information promptly whenever there are any changes.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any financial transactions made. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the 14300 support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are also responsible for ensuring that the device used to access the platform is free from malware and that the internet connection used is secure. 14300 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 14300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 14300 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies and does not provide currency exchange services.
Deposit Methods
Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, and direct transfers between local Malaysian banks. All deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe set by the respective payment provider.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 14300 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. 14300 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding limits set from time to time.
Non-Reversible Transactions
Once a betting transaction has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Users are advised to review all betting details carefully before confirming any transaction. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the 14300 support team within 48 hours of the transaction in question.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 14300 platform:
- Using any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions in an unauthorised manner.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or that disrupts the experience of other users.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
14300 Liability Limits
The 14300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or data loss. 14300 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or damages arising from service disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.
14300's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
14300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or failed to meet the stated eligibility requirements. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed at the user's own request, any valid and withdrawable credit balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 14300 platform — including interface design, logos, graphics, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 14300 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 14300.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 14300 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. 14300 does not control the content of those third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, security, or content. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Modify Terms
14300 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 14300 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
